Replacing Broken Screen

The screen works and was relatively easy to install but it seems less intense than the original. I really haven't had time to work with it yet.

LCD had a lot of stuck pixels. In the bottom left hand corner of the screen, there were about 25 or so in the shape of a perfect, upside down "P:. I honestly thought this was an error code of some sort, but after pressing on the screen hard and moving over the stuck pixels for a few minutes, they eventually fired up. Otherwise there were another 40 or so pixels stuck all over the screen. After continuing to work the screen by pressing and moving over the pixels, almost all have fire up. Cannot speak to the longevity but so far so good.

I couldn't be happier. I ordered this on a Friday and received it on the following Monday. They're on the East Coast I'm on the west. The screen took me about 10 minutes to install and it looks beautiful. THANK YOU! you're a lifesaver! Im sure they cant promise everyone will receive their order as fast as I did but they processed my order immediately and got it out which is all anyone can ask. The rest is up to the post office.

As many of the others have commented, I ended up having to buy two of these. The first had a dead pixel sort of dead in the middle of the screen, but the screen itself was brilliant otherwise. Very easy to put in (though I had made the mistake of reading the Dell guide -- don't do that. look on the internet).Second screen works 100%. Return process was quick and easy.That's what I get for dropping a sword on my laptop!

Came with dead pixels but fit perfectly.
