Charge 20 PD

I bought this storage battery primarily for backpacking and sea kayaking trips to recharge my phone, camera, GPS, sat beacon and assorted other electronic devices. I needed to replace two older GoalZero devices that had failed, but due to the input or output ports breaking and becoming unfixable. I wanted something that could power all of my essential devices for 5 days while traversing the Olympic Mountains, something that would be able to survive the rough-and-tumble of my backpack and perhaps a little moisture, and not be too heavy, as I can't carry a backpack much more than 20-25 lbs for multiday backpacks. It lived up to all of the demands I put upon it, and had significant charge left over. It is marginally heavy for backpacking, and it is expensive, but it really does perform!

Great portable charger. Holds a charge for a really long time and charges quickly. It’s easy to travel with, or for a quick charge on the go, while you’re out at a restaurant, kids soccer game, etc.

I read about this on a travel blog as a must have for travelers. We travel several big trips a year so decided to invest. We only used it once on our latest trip but it did exactly what we needed it for. Charging my cell phone when it was low and we were on a bus for the day.

I love the portability of this small battery backup from Biolite, and it significantly increases the light output on my Biolite headlamp 750 using the passthrough charging port after the unit starts to dim. The charging LEDs seem to show full charge up to 70%, but the unit starts to dim when not in constant output mode. This small 6,500 mAh battery fits in my jacket pocket and changes the equation. Delighted with the purchase! Looking forward to using this setup in winter, when temperatures can be quite cold at night in my mountain community.

Expensive, and the indicator lights stopped working after a short time. The “warranty” process was a joke, just endless back and forth until I finally gave up because it wasn’t worth my time. Never again. It should have been as simple as sending it back, confirming it was defective, and issuing a replacement, no questions asked.

I brought three of these on a group camping trip and wound up the hero because everyone else had forgotten to bring "juice". I appreciated having two ports and a clear charge indicator.

Charges multiple devices at a time. Heavy but worth buying.

Nach einer Woche mit nur einmaliger Nutzung defekt. Die Powerbank lässt sich nicht mehr aufladen bzw speichert den Strom nicht mehr. Selbst nach mehrstündigen aufladen gibt die Powerbank keinen Strom mehr ab und die Dioden zeigen den Satus leer an. Generell komisch da das Produkt ziemlich schwer ist und dadurch robust wirkt. Keine Kaufempfehlung Qualität ist sehr schlecht. Lieber Produkte von Nit......

I bought this charger to take it to a trip to Europe. I use my phone a lot to take pictures, upload on social media and of course, Google maps. I used to run out of battery very fast. Not anymore! This charger charges your phone x 1.5 times. I kept it in my pocket together with my phone. Yes, charging while walking. It’s extremely lightweight and small (the size of an iPhone SE second generation) and it has a very nice/comfortable grip. Highly recommended for trips.
