A great book that explains the concepts of UX strategy in the most simplistic way to the readers.
Having personally gone through all the chapters in this book, I can definitely vouch for the amazing content that it offers. I only started exploring UX design and product strategy earlier last year and being relatively new to this field; the simple language and visual examples of this book offered me a lot of clarity. The author has transcended her personal experiences and has beautifully outlined them so as to help us understand the importance as well as application of UX strategy when encountered with scenarios in our own life or career. The coherent description, visual detail and use of real prototype examples for explaining UX strategy concepts are the most salient features of this book. Above all the attempts to make the reader's experience as personalized as possible is stellar. I would highly recommend this book to anyone willing to venture into UX strategy, product management or have dreams of setting up their own startup.

Must read for people that are doing Product Development
I liked the practical approach that Jamie took in presenting the content. There were ample examples along with the rationale behind the approach. I also liked the step-by-step approach that was taken in defining how to go from idea to product validation. My only minor gripe with this book is that there are times that it was a bit long winded.

Excellent Book - Definitely Helped Me!
I think the author did a great job laying out a UX strategy that works. It's very practical and helpful knowledge to have when working with stakeholders. She presents each step clearly with real life examples. As a person that's not at ease when working with a table full of executives, it's just the heads up I needed. It isn't overly theoretical or abstract, it just gets right to what you need.

The best UX book I've ever had.
I received this book this month and finished it in 2 weeks. The contents are very well-organized. Rather than just throwing design theories at you, this book combines the latest industrial use cases and the author's personal design experience with design theories to help readers better understand UX strategy. If you are starting a business or designing a product, this book can be a step-by-step guide. Highly recommend this book.

Damaged
Received the book, for its price I would’ve liked it to be in better shape. Otherwise I would’ve just went and borrowed it from the library. Have not even gotten the chance to read it yet

A favourite I often return to
This book (or at least the first edition) was a revelation to me in identifying and providing a name for the role I was undertaking. Not only this but it provided an invaluable framework for me to be able pitch myself and my work. Thanks Jamie. This second edition is a welcome and much needed update. A lot has changed, the role of UX and the contexts it sits within have evolved. The four pillars, or tenets, remain in place by name but with a wealth of updated content and supportive insights. The content is as clear and practical as before, but informed by new perspectives.Recommended.

One of the best books in UX I have read! The author gets straight to the point and you can work through your next UX project step by step using the strategy in this book. Lots of focus on research, talking to your users, validating your ideas, and presenting them to stakeholders. Both beginners and experienced UX designers will find something exciting for themselves.
