Worked perfectly for our new switch
I found myself with a rework of my basement lighting but needed to rerun my wires to a switch in a odd spot that I didn't want to tear down the plaster walls for just one line at the top of the stairs. This worked perfect to house the new wireless switch I bought. The original homeowner had a flashlight screwed to the wall . So yay no more flashlight and I again have a functional light in the basement now and was super easy to install in the old outlet

Great product Poor international intructions
I was installing this in a dual gang box as the third switch so it would be right next to the gang box and covered by the triple wall plate. The international instructions which mean they are pictures are not clear to remove the two way backing tape on the back of the remote to reveal a slot and piece of plastic that need to be removed to slide it into the switch holder. The slot is totally hidden by the tape and you wouldn't think there is one Instructions do not show this. Scratched my head for a bit before removing the tape. Check out my pics and save yourself a headache if you are installing it this way. For the price the instructions should be very clear but they are not. In the end totally happy with this product and the switches in general as I have many throughout my house. Amazon let Lutron know about this. Im sorry but i have to knock install stars down for this.

The pico switch looks just like a regular hardwired caseta switch when mounted with this
Works perfectly. The pico switch looks just like a regular hardwired caseta switch when mounted with this. Works great if you have a light controlled by two switches; replace one with a wired caseta switch and the other with a pico switch using this mount. If you don't already have a second light switch box to mount to, this thing can mount directly to the wall too; just put a switch plate on top afterwards and it looks exactly like any other hardwired switch.

Excellent. Highly recommended
Instead of having a second switch (to make a 3 way) installed, running new wires and having drywall and painting repairs, our electrician suggested adding this to our existing set-up and we couldn’t be happier. Not only does the little remote slip in and look like a normal switch, the functionality and syncing with the phone app is better than we expected.

Lutron makes quality products
This switch was installed in a basement stairwell that for some reason was originally wired with a single pole switch at the top of the stairs. I replaced the switch which was extremely easy and then used a PICO remote at the bottom of the stairwell. This wall plate holds the PICO romote and to all intents look just like a light switch (which it is!!) Now I have a 3-way switch in the stairwell with the ability to turn the light on / off from either the top or bottom of the stairs. Much safer. Would order from again.
