I was looking for a healthy supplement that didn’t have iodine ( I’m allergic) and was plant based. Tons on the market but not many without iodine. Then I found this magical pill!I’ve been using it for over a month now and feel great. It doesn’t make you shaky, or give you stomach pain like most pills.It’s usually the first thing I take right out of bed.. even before breakfast.I’ve always been fatigued through my whole day and wanting to nap constantly. Now I go 18-20 hours a day no problem. For me that’s such an improvement on quality of life.I started a plant based diet around the same time and I take a blood booster, b-12, emergency, and this product as my daily starter.Never knew how unhealthy and sluggish I was until I made the change.Invest into yourself. You deserve it.

I like this multivitamin, because it is available in capsules. Also, it has all of the essential vitamins and nutrients that I am looking for in a multivitamin, and there are no mega-doses of any particular vitamin or nutrient, which many believe may cause cancer or other disorders.The only reason that I gave this product four stars, instead of five, is that the containers are sometimes dented or oddly shaped, when I take them out of the package, as others have pointed out. I'm not sure if this is a packaging issue, or just plain rough handling of the product, but it seems that this problem could be (and should be) corrected. Otherwise, I would give it five stars.

I've been waiting to write my review until sufficient time had passed to analyze the results. This review is for my results. I have been able to tell the difference in how I feel. I've taken quite a few different multi-vitamins over the years and I definitely feel better taking Vital One. I experimented with the dosage. It says to take 2 pills per day. I tried that and I tried only taking one pill per day. I could not tell any difference in how I felt between taking two or one except when I took two I did have pretty green urine. That is normally a sign you're getting too many B vitamins. So I cut back to one per day and feel great. That is how these worked on me. The same results may not happen for everybody. I wrote this review after finishing my second bottle and will order more. I hope you attain the same results. good Luck.

I purchased this item back in April and I wanted to try out the product before leaving a review. I'm a 51-year-old male who is semi-actives and I find these vitamins to be great. Designed especially for men I'm getting all the nutrients and supplements I need to keep me active as I’ve been motivated to workout 2 to 3 times a week. I like the energy and stamina I have as a result of taking these vitamins, and so does my wife. The vitamins boasted about its calming ingredients and I have to say as a supervisor in a youth shelter I have never felt better mentally. I really like these vitamins and I look forward to seeings more future benefits as a result of VITAL ONE Men's Multivitamins.

I've been into bodybuilding/health for most of my life and I've tried many different multivitamins over the years. I am normally skeptical and wary about vitamins and supplements, but after some research about this company and their products I decided to choose this one. Taking this vitamin/supplement has made a difference in my health and just days after taking it I already felt better. I have more energy throughout the day and seem to have an overall better mood/my lifts are going up in the gym. I highly recommend this product to anyone who asks! Also, one of the biggest benefits of these pills are that they are a capsule version - I struggle with taking big tab vitamins and have no issue with these.

With vitamins it is really difficult to tell what is actually in them, you just kind of have to trust the company. I bought these for my husband and a few hours after taking one he said he felt jittery, I looked at the ingredients and noticed green tea, something that I honestly did not expect to see in a multi-vitamin. Putting caffeine in a multi-vitamin seems kind of like a trick that would give people a false sense of feeling better, when really they are just caffeinated. After a few tries my husband could not take them because they made him too spazzed out, he's not sensitive to caffeine or anything and was taking them in the evening long after his cup of coffee had worn off, I feel like there must be a lot of caffeine in there. I gave three stars because they smell fruity as though they do actually contain the extracts they claim, but when I Google the address listed on their website it does not look like a vitamin company exists in that shopping center. Was going to return them, but couldn't.

So far I like the product. I chose it because of the favorable reviews and because of the ingredients compared to the vitamin I had been taking. I noticed after taking it for a few weeks that I wasn't able to sleep through the night, but not sure its related to this product. I have stopped taking it for a week and my sleep has slightly improved, so now I'm going to start taking it again and see if my sleep is again disrupted. I will update the review if my sleep pattern changes are related to taking this vitamin.
