Great product I got this due to pain in my feet on the first use the next morning I didn’t feel the hurt. It’s tasteless but I add it to a little cranberry juice to seal the deal. I take 2 teaspoons of black seed oil. I’ve noticed my feet are feeling better because I’m on then for hours all day. Great quality for the price
