These are legit and the calf support is amazing
Yeahhhhh, these are legit. Spend the extra money and grab these over the cheaper options on Amazon. I’m 2 weeks into hanging and I’m up to 5 minutes comfortably upside down . It’s been a wonderful experience thus far and I look forward to the long term results.

Great but please keep in mind...
These pair of boots feel really Sturdy and well made. Please keep in mind that you've to have some athletic habilities to use them correctly. I strongly recommend that you use them and practice with a friend or a gym partner just in case you cant "unhang" yourself from the bar.

For workout and strech your body
These anti-gravity boots are excellent! They're super comfortable, very secure, and easily adjustable to different sizes. I weigh 60 kg, but they've been used by people up to 100 kg with no issues. Highly recommended for workout and strech your body.

Provides A Relatively Safe Way To Hang Upside Down
This was the third pair of these that I've purchased since the late 1990s. They are durable & provide a relatively safe way to hang upside down. The hooks on the font of the boots allows user to hang from a straight bar. If you get stuck, you can always climb up along your own legs. Better deal than purchasing one of those teater tables, although these can be used with the teater table. As years of use goes by, the inner cushion gets slightly softer & they gradually become less comfortable to use. I do 2 different exercises while hanging upside down, crunches & reerse squats, & the hurt from the boots is often the limiting factor for the duration I can exercise that way.

They are solid, Takes some getting used to latching. I recommend shoes as it can hurt the tops of feet. Once on they feel secure. I recommend.

They replaced the pair that is rusting, I do live in a humid country.
I bought these in 2023 and already the steel is rusting. The last pair I had long time ago, I left them in storage for about 1-2 years, and they steel literally desintegrated. They need to use better steel.follow up: Their customer service was impeccable at resolving problem and replaced.
