I was blown away by the Waterdrop TSA Under Sink Water Filtration System's ability to reduce PFAS, PFOA/PFOS, fluoride, chlorine, and bad taste and odor from my tap water. The installation process was relatively straightforward, and the filter's compact design fits perfectly under my sink. I've been using it for a year now, and I can confidently say that the water tastes cleaner and fresher than ever before. Install was easy and smooth. It came with all the hardware and even had a template to place the screws making install even easier. After running about 7 pots of water through, the air cleared up, and the cloudy water went away. Water taste great too!

Easy to install. Great tasting water. Quality of water is important today. This thing really is great protection.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Easy installation and a 3 stage filter. Not sure how it performs from a testing standpoint, but it eliminates the deposits that used to form at the bottom of my glass kettle.

Like a lot of people I used to purchase bottled water it was the carrying it in and making space that was the hassle for me. But ever since I started using this under the sink water filter system all that is a distant memory. This system has simplified my life to no end as well as saved me time and money.The initial setup was uncomplicated and quick maybe 10 minutes the instructions are complete leaving nothing to guess about. And then every 9 months or so I purchase a new system- I take out the 3 used filters and put in the new ones easy peezy. I know that the instructions say to change 1 of the filters every 6 months, 1 every 9 months and the 3rd every 12/18 months- I found it much less complicated and expensive to just replace all 3 after 9. Great product!!

Highly recommend this product don’t know how we lived without it before.Does everything it says it does and you will be amazed by the taste of your water you think your average filter does a good job this thing makes water taste like it’s supposed too.First thing you’ll notice is no chemical chlorine smell.Easy to change filters. They’ll know when it’s time to change your filters when your water flow gets a little slow . Filters are relatively inexpensive. And not having to change all three at once is a plus . Perfect size to fit underneath your sink doesn’t take up too much space tucked away on the side or the back of your cabinet. I used to spend five bucks a day for a gallon of water not anymore. Way better than any bottled water you can buy.

Easy install and Works GREAT Just moved into an OLD apartment bldg and we could not stomach the " Inline filter " for the fridge coz it has an icemaker ... All good now and we are VERY VERY SATISFIED and do recommend it to anyone that wants cleaner healthier water and keep the contaminants out of your body

I bought this system to replace my older single filter Waterflop system which blew out and flooded my kitchen. After all, now I can have three filters that can blow out and flood my kitchen. Anyway, you would think Waterdrop’s hoses/fittings would be standardized. Makes sense, right? Nope. The new metal hoses do not work with the faucet that came with the original Waterdrop system I installed 2 years ago. Those water lines were white plastic with quick connect connections. These new ones are like the hoses you get at the local hardware store, save for those funky connectors that go into/out of the filter itself. You will need to either a) get an adapter or b) purchase the DM-100 Vmasstone faucet (that comes with a variety of adapters for different R/O and water filter systems.). I bought the new faucet, which by the way is sturdier than the Waterdrop system.Problem #2: the new inlet hose didn’t work with my T-splitter that I used for the old system. So I had to buy a new T-splitter. What I needed to get was a double female connector to hook up the inlet to the new T-valve. So now I am waiting on that to get here. Not happy.After multiple trips to the useless local hardware store (they sell everything no one needs) I called Waterdrop and was on hold waiting for 15 minutes. When the rep answered, as soon as I heard him speak I knew we were going to have a problem. His solution was to send me plastic tubing so I would be running a metal hose in and plastic tubing out. That’s not a solution. That’s called cutting corners. Not acceptable. Waterdrop is aware of this problem and you’d think they would throw in adapters for people using their old faucet so they don’t have to spend more money to buy hardware to make this thing work.Trying to install this system has been nothing short of a nightmare. I previously ordered this system then cancelled the order. Changed my mind and reordered it and am so annoyed, I want to box this crap up and send it right back. They sell this on the premise that people all have the same plumbing set up which is a faucet with two spigots, one for hot, one for cold. My set up is not like that. I have a faucet and a single handle hot/water spigot that pivots to change hot to cold and vice versa. This is why I need the T-valve splitter. Also the line from my dishwasher is plumbed into the main water line. It’s obvious the people at Waterflop never considered plumbing is not one size fits all. I have spent almost $100 on fittings/adapters/faucet/connectors to make this system work in my home. I’m thinking I made a mistake. Please be aware that installing this system is not as easy as you think. Also, it’s absurd that Waterdrop doesn’t include a faucet with this filter system. If you buy the one for Washington DC, you get a faucet. I don’t live in DC and I had a Wayerdrop faucet that wasn’t compatible with this system because there’s no adapter for the new hoses. You’ll have to buy that separately.The only reason why I did not buy a real R/O system is because I am limited on the space under my sink. That’s unfortunate because those would probably be less of a hassle to install.
