Adds too much bulk to the phone
The Ghostek Covert looks nice in online pictures, however, I was rather dismayed on how cheap it looked once it arrived. The thick edges adds much bulk to the S21 Ultra and with no cut outs on the side, you cannot see the curved edges of the phone. It just cheapens the look of the S21 Ultra like some unbranded case you can get from a market stall. On another sour note, the case does not hold the phone tight enough and on several occasions I almost managed to pull the case off when taking the phone out my pocket.I guess the only good thing going for this case is those aforementioned grippy/thick edges and corner bumpers which seems to offer good protection. Also there are ample clearance and protection for the camera lenses when place flat down. If you don't really care how your phone looks and are more concerned with protection then this case might be for you. I subsequently returned it and got a Ringke X-Fusion instead (Please see my review)

Real good quality.
Fit is perfect and the protection is excellent. This is my second ghost as I had one on my S10.Now my S21 is now protected.

Fantastic Premium Case At An Amazing Price!
Wow, amazing case for the price. I would say it's near perfect. Well made, Definitely a premium manufacturer. I love the look and feel of this case. Quality is superior to others I've tried in the same price range. Feels near or at the Otterbox or UAG level when on the device even though the back is quite thin. Bought it to tie me over while deciding on what premium case to get, turns out this gem may be my full time case now. I went with the smoke colour, it is still semi transparent for a really great look. Only small gripe I would have is that it could fit a little more snug along the edges aside from that it's perfect!

poor customer service
product is fine, but customer service is horrible. their codes for free gifts dont work, and its frustrating to deal with a bot on their facebook and NEVER getting a reply from a human staff. bought 3 covers from ghostek so far, NONE of the gift codes worked. the packaging was unsealed when i received them too. perhaps the free gifts had been misappropriated by those responsible for shipping the products? ghostek needs to look into this.
