Q: Can you actually blow bubbles with this?

Can you? Yes, but the bubbles aren't "bubble gum" sized. Fine for idle bubble blowing but very poor for the "big as your head" type of bubbles.

I have the fresh mint flavor and it does have xylitol and sorbitol.

Yes, this gum contains aspartame, which the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) says, "It tops our list of sugar substitutes to avoid, because it caused cancer in three independent studies using laboratory rats and mice." CSPI also recommends that consumers avoid acesulfame potassium, saccharin, and sucralose.
