The picture is not the same as the actual item; not affecting its performance.
The picture shows hammerfinished bowls, while the actual item is in black non-stick. Please update the misleading picture. 1 star minus.Otherwise, it's Trangia. Trangia is perhaps the king of the stove systems that follow its basic design. This will handle 1-2 people's need. 0.5L will boil with a gas burner adapter stove in 2:10-2:20 time range. That is pretty fast, in the similar league with Jetboil's time. Fuel consumtion is about 8-9g. Jetboil is much more efficient in fuel consumption, approx. 5-6g.But it's an overkill. The included alcohol stove is fail-safe, and in the outdoors, one's life does not depend on shaving minutes off of the boil time, so light it up and relax, and the water boils in good time. You can adjust the flame with the ring pretty much over the entire range of control--from simmer to rolling boil. Trangia 27 is rather a small one, and the alcohol stove throws more than plenty firepower.I chose to get one in not-stick coating with the kettle. I do have duossal, but it does not hurt to have the pot that cleans with a single wipe. I prefer using wooded utensil over plastic or metal on non-stick coating. It will keep from scratching. The little kettle is such a convenient item to have. Use one, and you will know.

Cook-Eat-Sleep-Repeat 😴
Really wanted to enjoy this set. Showed up with nonstick peeling off one of the pots. Annnddd than California has banned the sale of denatured alcohol. 🙁

It’s a Trangia set, it works great.
Didn’t really need the non-stick pots, but I couldn’t turn down the warehouse deal. Great piece of gear, I’ll just use non-metallic utensils with the pot.

Best Stove Ever!
We bought our first Trangia stove/cookset back in the 80s, and wouldn't have any other. Got back to backpacking recently and bought a new set with the non-stick saucepans. Here are the pros: the base is wide and stable with holes to let wind pass through so your stove doesn't get blown over. The top windscreen part is deep - never had a flame go out. The fuel (denatured alcohol) goes a long way, so you don't need to carry much, even for a multi-day trip, and it burns pretty clean, too. The alcohol burner is simple and effective, heats well, and the flame can be adjusted by swiveling the lid to partially cover the burner for a lower flame. The stove needs no priming and is quiet - no hissing like you have with white gas stoves. You have your stove and complete cookset all in one lightweight compact package. Cons: the flame can't be adjusted as precisely as you can with white gas stoves, but we never found that to be a problem. We can adjust the Trangia for a high, medium, or low flame, and that has always been sufficient for cooking our meals. Love the little kettle for boiling water, too.

Great set.
I own the mini and love it, I got this kit that has more capacity and still light weight, I car/tent camp. I alike the fact that I can Mix pots or pans between both sets, I also like that you can buy separate items to add to your sets. I always carry 2 Trangia burners with each set to maximize the capability of cooking various things at the same time. I’m very impressed and happy with all Trangia products.

Simple, effective, reliable.
Hard to fault this product.Surely, there's smaller and/or lighter stuff out there; but the Trangia design is hard to beat for how practical it is. I've found myself using it at home, one day we had a power-cut and nothing was working. Good ol' meths burner made a 2 courses dinner in 30min and one fill of the burner. Brilliant. The accessories are well though too, the pot handle is rock-solid, so much better than flimsy handles found on those ultralight pots. Not talking about the Trangia Multidisc, what an awesome thing! Draining pasta from the pot is super-safe and quick and very convenient.Going back to "mix&match" ultralight pots and cooking sistems becomes a real chore. The Trangia is a solid piece of kit that will last.Just be careful to the non-stick frypan. One may get carried away, as it is wide and much more usable than those tiny 10cm ultralight titanium lids; the Trangia can actually cook well, but make sure you put oil or butter, and always stir/mix so the food won't stick at all.

Non stick is rubbish
Not too happy with the non stick as the non stick started coming off on first use! I was not impressed, I could of saved myself money and brought the normal set. But the set is easy to use medium weight, perfect size for 1 person and the kettle is cute fits 2 cups water inside. Apart from the non stick being rubbish I’d recommend the standard set or other. 6/10 rating because the non stick.

Brilliant
Great little package. I opted for the non stick pans, which was just as well as I forgot cooking oil on my first trip out using it. The Meths was easy to light & a kettle 3/4 full of cold water was boiling in about 5 minutes. Fat sausages took a little longer, but the Trangia was a simple delight to use.Everything packs away into a compact unit for storage & transportation. (You can get a separate container to burn gel fuel, but a friend of mine has been using gel in the standard burner for years with no problem).

Light easy to use
Works really well and lightweight a bit bulky compared to a jet boil but for two people on a multi day camp ideal
