Absolutely perfect!
This is by far the best purchase I’ve made on Amazon. Like really. And that’s saying something because the Amazon van visits my house 2-3 times a week. I LOVE this item. It is beautiful, sturdy, good quality and exactly what I’ve always wanted. If you are wondering about the cost of this, it’s worth it!

Charming screen
This is a very pretty piece, rustic in appearance, and quite sturdy. It arrived well packaged (and I had it shipped out of the US) and ready to set up. Two top panels moved out of their tracks in shipping, but only slightly, and they were easy to push back in line. This piece is much heavier than I anticipated and it is better in every way than I expected; I am delighted with it. I use it to hide a treadmill and it is perfect. Visitors to my home compliment it too. I would order it again or order a second if needed.

Beautifully Intricate Wooden Room Divider
This is a high quality item! It is even sturdier than I expected. The craftsmanship is out of this world. I love the nuances. It creates such a beautiful meditation space. Well worth the investment. (Note: I am only using 3 panels. There are 4 panels)

Very pleased that I bought this terribly unique divider, BUT BEWARE
I have had this for about a half year now and have decided that it is well made, worth its relatively high price, and a valuable addition to the decor of our home. I have changed my mind at least four times as to the best place to put it to use in the house. But, wherever it has been set up, it has looked outstanding and added quite a unique touch to its surroundings.Definite "pros": The color of the finished wood and its overall craftmanship have a "boho" flair. This divider is not for people with traditional and polished-to-perfection interior design in their homes. But, if your home is designed to be comfortable and is accented with some classic decor, this divider fits right in and makes its own unique fashion statement. At present, we are consulting with a cabinetmaker in order to see if It may be cut in half along a horizontal part of the frame (about midway up) and used as two screens, (a) a screen around a library table and (b) a screen behind a freestanding living room couch. Another pro: This divider, no matter how one puts it to use, is versatile and a purchase which I am happy we made! In other words, it is a pleasure to have in one's home, and it certainly inspires one's imagination.Cons (and there are many of concern): The finishing job done on the wood was sloppy, and that is giving the company a compliment. The stain is unevenly applied, and most sections around the joints of the panels were not covered. It is as if sections of the panels were stained first and then inserted into the frame later on. The sealant coat is totally unknown, and that leaves one to wonder as to how to clean this divider and how one may "even out" its lousy staining and sealing coats. So far, though, the finish is holding up, and we have had only to "touch it up," in the bare spots without stain, with furniture touch up pens. One serious aesthetic flaw is that the carvings of motifis across the entire screen is not consistent. As an example, with the sun itself, some carvings are deep and noticeable; while others are so faintly made into the wood that they are barely noticeable. Moreover, on one panel, one sun carving was inserted upside down. ??? An error or a left-over piece put into the one which I received or a planned omen? Very strange. Stranger is the fact that the sun motif on the other side of the same panel was positioned in with the right side up.This divider IS heavy, which is a testament to the fact that it is a quality made product out of solid weight wood. It is not flimsy; no one ever would mistake it as a item picked up at Ikea or a big-box store. On the other hand, due to the fact that is is rustically hand-carved and has such an ill finish on it, no one would mistake it as a piece of furniture purchased from an "A Quality" furniture manufacturer either. Its quality lies in between in the "boho chic" arena. I would not advise using this divider in any setting in which it would have to be moved frequently; it is quite too heavy to be maneuvered easily. So far, it has not fallen over or become damaged by everyday wear and tear. So, I cannot say how it holds up to household accidents which might befall it.On balance: IF you like the way that this divider looks in the manufacturer's advertisement photos, go with it and buy this. It fits the description of its ad photos very well and is a quality piece! I am not giving it five stars only because I resented having to work on "evening out" the ill-applied stain and sealant coats applied to it._______________________________________________________________________I am updating this review to point out numerous previously unnoticed defects in the construction of this privacy screen. It matters that these defects are noticed primarily when one seeks to make alterations, or changes, to this screen. I still think that, overall, or based on available competitor products, this divider continues to rate four stars. After all, it is made out of heavy and solid wood, and a lot of craftsmanship has gone into its design and construction. Overall, it is quite attractive. We are attempting to "re-purpose" this screen for other applications, and in looking it over, along with a cabinetmaker, to assure its amenability to having its size altered, we have discovered the following serious flaws:(1) Most of the panels inserted into this screen are not glued in properly, and they slide out of place when simply touched. When they slide out of their slots in the frame, bare unfinished wood becomes highly visible.(2) At the joints where the panels insert into the frame, there is a similar lack of adhesion; wood glue really is necessary around these joints for the panels to stay in place. One wonders why the manufacturer did not take care of this issue and pay attention to this detail.(3) The cross members of the frame are not well secured to the vertical members of the frame either; this presents quite a cosmetic defect, as well. This fact also reduces the overall stability of the entire divider whenever it must be moved or its standing position altered.(4) The hardware, i.e., the hinges and alleged screws, are of abysmal, or of the lowest, quality of hardware imaginable. The hinges do not swing 360 degrees as they should (they are regular 180 degree door hinges), and the screws may not be removed via any known type of screwdriver. The are slotted head screws with no working slot on them. This means that the screws to the hinges, if one seeks to remove a panel or to reconfigure the panels, must be "dug out" with a heavy pair of pliers -- by hand and with lots of wear and tear on the hands and to the hinges. It easily takes over 15 minutes to remove one screw from a hinge. If one does not take care, since the screws are made out of such flimsy metal, the screw head will break off before the screw will turn. Moreover, after only six months, most of the screws already have rusted out.(5) I do like the wood out of which this screen's panels are made, and the overall craftsmanship of the carved out sections in the panels is suitable. The MAJOR issues are that the panels were not placed into the frame very well (or with any skill) and that the finishing job applied to the wood is of the lowest quality. After six months, "goo" and "wet, sticky" residue of "something-or-another" remain on all the surfaces of this divider -- one has to wash one's hands after touching any part of it. So far, I have encountered no issue of "bugs" inside the wood of the panels of this divider, but, after having noticed all the other flaws in the construction of this divider, I am keeping my eye out for such a problem. Hand carved wood screens from India which are similar to this one have received many customer reviews which cited to "wood eating beetles" that were found in the screen (but only many months after receipt of the screen).

WOW! I am SO impressed!
This is one of the most beautifully crafted pieces I have ever seen! The wood is rich, the carvings are beautiful and it is extremely well made. I got this for my boyfriend to give him privacy in his office area of the front room. It has made the entire room look better and he loves it! It has a very rustic yet super classy look. I wish we had space for a second one! Highly recommend this piece, it's a work of art!

Some defects but still looks good
I'm giving this three stars because even with all the defects it still looks great. It's made out of mango wood, I have no experience with any other mango wood, but it seems to be bent slightly, barely noticeable but not Square. The bottom feet were not completely Square, one end leaned slightly to one side, fixed with a small flat piece of wood for it to sit on. There were several areas where they attempted to nail on the slats and either missed or chips the wood. Again this is a very rustic piece to begin with so the defects are barely noticeable. Had this piece been any more expensive I would have given it a worse review. All in all, it looks great in my room.
