I kid you not.. I have own these for 9 months now and rarely have I taken them off. I sleep, shower, swim.. sweat.. You name it.. These earings have been through it all and they look as good as the day they arrived. You can't tell they are not 14K. They show no sign of wear or petina. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

They're pretty enough, although thinner and lighter than I expected
Either all of these reviews are bogus, or the pair I received are an exception. They're pretty enough, although thinner and lighter than I expected. But I would have gladly kept them and worn them EXCEPT it was IMPOSSIBLE to open the clasp! I broke a nail trying to get it open and finally had to use a small screwdriver for leverage. Ridiculous!! So I returned them.

Beautiful but be careful not to lose
I bought these for myself and my friend. Both of us lost an earring. You need to be careful of the backing and check often to ensure they stay closed. They are very nice earrings and we loved them and of course, I loved them so much I reordered.

Pretty and shiny 14K plated gold hoops
I love hoop earrings, and when I saw this pair I really had to order them. These are 14K gold plate over brass, so they are not solid 14K gold. However, the finish is very shiny. The price is right and the earrings can be dressy or casual depending on what your outfit is like, but the description says "party". The earrings are actually two intertwined circles that make one hoop. I'm happy with the purchase.

Expensive-Looking at a great price
Very nice & heavier than expected (a lot of jewelry is so flimsy & light). These are my daily go-to earrings now. I sleep & swim in them & only remove in the shower - no problems at all. These can be worn with dressy outfits & also with everyday jeans. Would have given a full 5 star except that they are very hard to close/lock. I made a simple adjustment has solved that. How about a 4 1/2 star?
