Game changer !
I dont normally write reviews but this a great product.Well made and good quality.Been using for a week and noticed a difference immediately.No sciatic nerve pain through the night so sleeping much improved.

Hips more comfortable with this pillow
This pillow is good and I am finding that my arthritic hips are less sore overnight.The pillow is heavier than I was expecting and would be a bit clunky to take away, but overall it works well.The instruction video talks about the “adjustable strap” and it isn’t adjustable, but it seems to work fine for me.

Orthoblock Cushion
What an amazing cushion this is. My back was really sore every morning I got up. My husband said you side lie with leg out of bed. It maybe the way you sleep. So I got this Orthoblock cushion & honestly couldn't believe next morning not one pain or niggle. so it gets used every night now, really worth it

Excellent quality good value
Excellent. Worth paying a bit more for the quality and very good shape and feel of this . I bought it as I sleep on my side and was getting hip pain. Much more comfortable . Suspect other cheaper ones not so good Recommended

Material too rough
Feels like it's well made but the material is very rough and gave me a rashMaybe I just have sensitive skin, but gave it to a charity shop as couldn't use it

Very comfortable
I Had trouble sleeping at night my back would ache i sleep on my side so I bought the orthoblock knee pillow and so glad I bought this one my back feels so much better afder using the pillow afder 2 nights it's amazing it's firm but soft at the same time it's very comfortable between my knees and dosent get to hot at night I love that it has a strap to hold it in place and it stays on when I'm turning around in bed it dosent hinder me when I get up in the night to use the bathroom it's easy to take off and put on I now get up in the morning with no backache all so I do suffer from sciatica so this should help it a lot it keeps your back in alignment love the colour and you can wash the cover as it has a zip well made allso comes with a 2 year guarantee when you register it.

Nice cooling effect
Early day's but it is easy to use, does not keep you awake. The cooling effect is very good. I was looking at other items but they were mainly just memory foam I think now they might have made you a bit hot.
