Looks to be great
Looks to be great quality and sturdy. Tidies away nicely in the box and is kept by the bedroom window. Havent needed to use it (thankfully!), but looks to be well made.

Whatever you do, Don’t open this to test it. It’s been well packed in order that it’s ready for use. It looks strong and sturdy and was bought to enable quick access from our third floor. I trust this will be suitable if we ever need it

Seems well made, easy to fit and use and is value for money. Bought for peace of mind and hope that we don't ever have to use it to get out of our flat.

Landlords - loft fire regulations are met by this!
It took a while to work out how to fix it to the fire escape loft window, and explain it to the lodger, but it conveniently fits under the bed ready for use. The instructions would be better in darker print for photocopying for tenants.
