The Adult Activity Book: Colouring and Creative Challenges to Help You Relax

I’ve only recently discovered these adult activity books and find they’re an excellent way to relax. This one has good quality paper, so if using felt pens or water based paint for the colouring sections, there’s little leakage and the colours don’t run. There are mazes, crosswords, sudoku, some surprisingly difficult spot the difference and much more. I find these a useful way to relax and they require concentration and focus. Good value as the contents, being so varied, will keep me going for a couple of months or more. Happy to recommend.

I bought this for my mum - she loves it, cover to cover.Lots of different things to do. High quality... much better than from other authors/publishers I've purchased in the past.Would describe the complexity as 'interesting, not to hard, not too easy' for the average adult. Nice and relaxing, as it should be!Hope they bring out others in a series.
