Schmincke : Primacryl Acrylic Paint : 60ml : Titanium White

If you haven't tried this stuff, just buy a tube and be eager to throw your other white acrylics away. No joke, this stuff is THE BEST you can get, and is 100% worth the cost and wait (for those of us who are not local to Jackson's). And if you want to thin/reduce it, just use some white acrylic ink, and watch the magic happen. I was actually recommended this product by Juan Hidalgo, a now-rather-famous miniatures painter, and am so very glad that I took his advice.

This has incredible pigment density. The medium is almost like an oil paint. This is a great improvement over the Games Workshop and Vallejo whites I've used in the past.

YouTube claims this stuff is great for painting white on miniatures. It's good, but not the magic bullet they claim. It is still better than Vallejo Game Color white and eons better than Citadel's white. It wasn't too expensive and will probably last me forever, so I'm glad I bought it.
