Light Resistance, Good for Starting Out or Re-entry to Water Workouts
These exercise discs are great for someone new to working out or getting back into it after a looong break (that would be me). Just enough resistance to feel it. The discs don’t come with workout ideas so I just find my own routines. Do whatever moves you can that challenge different muscles.They are comfortable to hold, easy to store, are holding up and not fading or falling apart from chlorine. They were worth the money and are making it easy for me to get back into a workout routine. I use them daily when I’m in the pool.
