delicious, satisfying and portable. I drink one of these with my breakfast with the oat muffin that I eat and banana. It's a good way to get in all your protein for the day or as an added supplemental. I like the vanilla the chocolate and the iced mocha. The strawberries and cream is okay, but I like the other three flavors better

Updated November 24, 2024: Still ordering this and still drinking it! Overall, this is the best ready-to-drink protein shake out there in the dairy category. The ingredients are organic, the milk protein is from grass-fed cows, and the taste is absolutely delicious. I have tried almost every dairy and non-dairy protein shake out there. The vast majority of them are not organic, have artificial sweeteners and contain questionable thickeners like carrageenan, an inflammatory substance. The Orgain has small amounts of locust bean and gellan gums, which may or cause a problem for some, but I have not experienced any issues. The only two ingredients I wish were not in the product are brown rice syrup and high-oleic sunflower oil. The brown rice syrup because of the potential arsenic concentration, although thankfully the main sweetener here seems to be the organic cane sugar. The sunflower oil because it's a PUFA and PUFA's have inflammatory effects on the body. However, I drink it because at least Orgain uses High-Oleic sunflower oil, which is a form of sunflower oil where the polyunsaturate content has been decreased and and the monounsaturated content has been increased. So that reduces it's inflammatory effects and makes it safer to consume. Still, if I had the choice, I could do without either the rice syrup or the sunflower oil. But on balance, this is a good product and has good nutrition, although at only 16 grams of protein per container, it will not be a good meal replacement on it's own. I'd consider it more of a supplement, or a really good snack. It also makes for a great coffee creamer. The vanilla and chocolate flavors are absolutely delicious. I never get tired of them. The strawberries & cream is also very good, although it has a slight chemical aftertaste. The mocha flavor is o.k., but would be my least favorite of the 4 flavors. I have the vanilla on Subscribe & Save, and get a case or two every month.

Not bad. It's good if you're more into hydration than nutrition in my opinion. Compared to the Kate Farms non-dairy vanilla shakes it's a little bit thinner in consistency, so you end up drinking more of it to get the same nutritional values, but the flavor is good as others have noted, and it goes down smooth. As long as you can handle animal milk proteins, go for it.

Best nutritional shake out. Taste is smooth. I drink the vanilla and I put it in everything. Smoothies, tea, cereal. I can take them with me as they do not come refrigerated. They do not upset my stomach or have a chalky taste. I got my 23yr old daughter drinking the chocolate ones.
