I have bought this wild yam a few times and it definitely helps with the hot flashes! I’ve noticed when I ran out the hot flashes were back, had to order a new jar right away.

I first tried this last year when I began menopause. Once I finished the jar I did not think I really needed it anymore since my hot flashes did not get worse and only lasted a short time. fast forward another month later and boy did the hot flashes come back but this time with a vengeance.
