Great condition everything works, pretty much like a new phone. It is a unlocked Verizon phone but works with my carrier Metro pcs just fine. I almost returned it because the start up steps said it wasn't a Verizon Sim and you won't be able to make calls but upon reading another review I continued setting it up with wifi, called my carrier to let them know I'm switching phones, before I could restart it I was getting service so glad I bought it and it is actually a unlocked gsm phone..😊

This is the second of three phone purchased. Two of the three were defective. First was locked to Verizon, the second not connect to mobile data. I spent three days and many, many, many hours troubleshooting with my mobile carrier only to find out the phone was defective. Stay away from refurbished phones. It is obvious the resellers are not checking the phones.

I am so pleased with my renewed Note 10 plus 5g. It is in excellent condition, no scratches, no dents and the screen is beautifully vibrant. I had no issues taking it to my phone carrier (MetroPCS) and immediately activated on my account (unlocked). I checked on OfferUp before trying Amazon. A few listings on OfferUp wanted $500 for a used, banged up Note phone. I was fortunate to find this phone here for HALF the price. And to received it in almost new condition was definitely a bonus. This is my third renewed Samsung I bought on Amazon (Note 8, 9 and now 10)- all renewed and in great condition.

Happy w product itself as it was a replacement for the same model I previously owned. Reason for 4 stars is the phone was described as fully unlocked, but i use T mobile and did not expect to see the phone loaded with verizon software. Efforts to obtain the t mobile unlocked version were unsuccessful. Phone is functioning fine but some options i had with the tmobile version are non existent, and the welcome to Vetizon is a bit annoying. I also get repeat push notifications stating sim is not from Verizon, which i ignore but can likely disable. I think Amazon has corrected this issue by asking that sellers specify the original carrier. If they have not, i hope they will. Seller is a good seller, and was willing to accept return as well as acknowledged the issue. Chubbies seems to be a good seller. Unfortunately, I did order another phone from another seller Device Giant. That was a locked t-mobile phone N976U, and that effort was a disaster... That phone arrived with damaged bezel in 2 places, and a large scratch which Device Giant had covered with a sticker. I conclude that at the time of my order there were some supply issues or shortages but Amazon does stand behind these phones woth 90 day return option. Therfore, the Amazon renewed program is an option to consider if you want a good value. This phone has a qualcom chip, 12 gig ram, 256 gig storage plus 256 sd card capability. It also fast charging capability, large screen, good battery life, and other advanced features like seperate app sound, split screen and more. I am very happy with this model. I like the screen size and Samsung has continued to provide updates and support for the note 10 plus. I did opt for the 5g version as opposed for the 975 which is the note 10 plus in 4glte.

I was a little iffy about buying this phone but I wasn't not disappointed when I received my phone. My phone arrive in perfect condition. All that comes in the box is the phone with a fast charging charger, the tool that allows you to switch your Sim card, and instructions. The brightness of the phone was set perfect, but you can always make it brighter if needed too. Over all the appearance of the phone was incredible.

I ordered this yesterday, it arrived by 9am the NEXT DAY. VERY light scuff on the corner bezen, glass is pristine. The phone was a 0% battery is my ONLY issue. The phone is a Verizon phone, but it was unlocked. I put my mint mobile sim and made a call right away. Still setting things up! Perfect Purchase

u label this phone as "unlocked", but in fact, its locked to verizon. this is a lie it will not work on all networks! it is not unlocked. that is a staight up lie!

The best part, was I purchased it the refurbished area. Has a 90 day . I saved 1/2, if I had bought it new. It's a G5, it's my whole world, don't need my laptop. I can do everything.

I won't be buying a new phone again. It arrived in very good condition with a small hair line crack in the top corner. You don't know it's there unless you look for it. The phone itself as a good battery and does everything I need it to. The pen is great for making notes and copying text. Really pleased

El Spen no funciona.

Love the Samsung Note 10 +.This review is being written easily with the S Pen. I used to have a Samsung Note tablet,so buying this was like a,recommendation. Screen is amazing,not to heavy. Battery is fine So far. Syncs well with Office and other apps,all useable with the S Pen. A real treat. Delivery was punctual.Great product.

I tent to only buy new phones (Amazon) but couldn't find the Note 10+. After a week or so and having doubts and googling Amazon reviews I decided to take a risk and purchase one from a seller 4gadgets. I paid the £20 delivery and for that I thought I might have had the phone a day earlier but I waited the 2 days and the phone arrived. After taking delivery I opened the package to find the phone well packed in. 4gadgets sleeve and a non Samsung box with a genuine Samsung fast charger, usb, ejector tool. Having took the phone out I inspected it and I can honestly say it's as described ! There is a few small marks on the frame and the back but more importantly nothing at all on the screen (under a led light) impressed was an understatement!! I inserted my 5g SIM set the phone up and works as new! Battery charges to 100% quickly and holds its life after taking charge. Day 3 and the phone works as it should. I purchase phones all the time (new) but I would now be a future customer to 4gadgets to get top phones at midrange phone prices. This is a honest review and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a top phone at a great price to don't think twice and buy from 4gadgets!! Brilliant !!

The phone works, the battery seems decent, however I paid £60 extra for "like new" cosmetics and performance. What I got would be grade B using my old supplier (who never has stock these days hence turning to Amazon) The screen, which is really the important part, seems to be flawless. Unfortunately there's noticeable grime between the screen / backplate & bezel, along with significant cosmetic wear on the bezel, (scratches, blotches, evidence of where a case once was), a noticeably but not significantly scratched/worn back plate, and most alarming a shallow scratch across one of the rear camera lenses (which to be fair is either invisible on photos or so weak as to be negligible) The long and short is if you're happy with grade B cosmetics this will be OK, but don't bother forking out for excellent condition as it won't be as advertised. There's always some subjectivity in refurb phones but I've always had refurbs and never had a "grade A" this noticeably damaged. I suspect they used a B grade to fullfil demand The performance otherwise seems fine, the speakers were painfully tinny at first but that seems to have got better in the last 24 hours. It could be I'm just used to more compressed audio with my old single speaker note 8 & I'm adapting, other people online have had the same issue and claimed it got better in short order, it could need "bedding in" but on a refurb that wouldn't make much sense unless speakers were replaced too, so I'm guessing it is the human element but it's something to be aware of if you prefer bassier tones and dislike sharper treble. Likewise on quirks, the first time I charged after doing a full charge/discharge cycle it got stuck on 88% for an unusually high time but proceeded when I turned it off and hasn't been an issue since. It does go to 100% and lasts a decent time on heavy use
