My almost four year old really enjoys mazes so I picked up this book for him, but it is WAY TOO EASY. He sat down with it and was LITERALLY DONE IN 15 MINUTES. He's not a genius, so I don't think many six year olds will find this book entertaining. Kumon's My First Book of Mazes for ages 3/4/5 was a perfect fit for his skill level, and even the easiest ones are more challenging that the hardest maze in this book. And Kumon's book is really a better price when you consider that it has 80 pages and this book only has 26.

My son is 3.5 years old and is quite interested in mazes lately. I purchased this book so he can get some challenge, but upon receiving it I have been shocked at how easy these mazes are. I don't think he will take more than a few minutes to finish it (and no, he is not Einstein). I will now be looking for something more challenging that gives me more "entertainment per buck".I recommend this book if:- You have a 3-4 year old who has just got into mazes and is not ready for a real challenge, or- Your older kid just wants a short, frustration-free entertainment with cute drawings

I bought this workbook of mazes for my 4 year old nephew. He found some of the mazes to be challenging but a lot of fun. The most challenging mazes were those that spanned two pages (double page spread) Other mazes were very simple and he breezed right through them. The pictures are interesting and the colors are vibrant which appealed to him.The format is that of a full sized workbook (this is not one of those tiny little dover activity books)There are 22 mazes in all. A good deal :)You can't beat the price either (under 2 dollars) - I have seen this exact product at retail stores for 2-3 times the cost offered at Amazon.

First of all, there are only 32 pages. However, there are only 26 mazes because some take 2 pages. With the book being short already, it is just not worth it.Also, it is not challenging enough even for my 3,5 year old. I definitely do not recommend it for 4-6,more like 3-4. But, after all, it is an ok workbook for the money.7
