This is perfect specially when somebody has a cold or stuffy nose. This will open up everything and you can breathe pretty good pretty fast. I recommend this item to anybody. We tried traps, powdered cinnamon, mint leaves, and peppermint essential oil (mentha piperita) which seemed to keep rats away for only a few days. It's been a month since we spread a thin layer around our patio couch and so far, no rodents! Love this stuff!!!

It is too soon to rate the product but I bought it for a breathing problem.
