Siete Grain Free Mexican Shortbread Cookies

Delicious! Expensive…

I usually never buy cookies but bake them instead. Mexican shortbread is one of our favorites. I tried the Siete brand of tortillas and tortilla chips from Costco, and we really liked them so I thought I'd give these cookies a try to take on a trip/convenience. They were a real hit with everyone who tried them, and they even took a photo so they could remember to purchase for themselves. I like them because they're made with almond flour instead of white flour, and they're not too sweet like most cookies are. Warning: it's hard not to eat the entire bag!

Definitely delicious when I had to fight with myself not to eat the whole bag in one day! And a fairly inexpensive yet healthier choice with lower sugars than garbagey sugary cookies. Would definitely buy again!

These are delicious and don't have any ingredients I can't eat. They are the only flavor I can eat also, as I can't eat chocolate and the Mexican Wedding Cookies contain regular sugar. Guests like them as well.

I was really into the Siete Churro chips and their grain free tortilla chips so I was like, "This company gets me". I saw these shortbread cookies and couldn't order fast enough. I opened them at the door...Bright eyed and excited, Whoooooooopppssss! Ok, these are probably good to someone who likes a dry cookie, I didn't like the flavor, more cinnamon was needed. Crumb city. tiny bag and small cookies. I still love the other Siete products, These just weren't for me.

Great to offer on a designated serving tray when some of your guests might have flour allergies. Everyone in the crowd loves them! Perfect crunch and great size for packing anywhere as they don’t crumble easily!
