Neal's Yard RemediesEye Make Up Remover, 100 ML

Well, i had to buy some emergency eye makeup remover as i run out from my amazing Mary Kay. I thought I would try this one as i thought it was a good brand. The main issues are:it doesn't remove my eyes makeup,it is not for sensitive skin andit doesn't smell good.I regret so much buying it.

Sorry to say that I purchased this Well known brand for eye make remover as an alternative to my usualexpensive Elemis make up remover - to save some cash! but... Didn't work for me. It didn't remove all the eye make up (liquid shadow) or powder or the non waterproof mascara. The black eye look followed next day.My make up brand is only No 7 from Boots.I've returned it, and Elemis is now ordered.

Good product, you must be patient as it takes a while to work.I have normal/sensitive skin with eczema around my eyes (it gets worse when I drink wine rather than with any product I use) and the product is gentle on the skin when it is inflamed and, at times, has small splits/open wounds.It does have an underlying smell I personally don't like, but I tolerate it!!

Spent more on this product than I usually do for eye make up remover hoping for good results. Smells lovely, is quite soothing, but unfortunately hardly touched my waterproof mascara which I removed easily with my (usual) cheaper product but which makes my eyes sore 😞 . I'm still looking for a suitable product.

This product actually works great BUT:1. It is NOT value for money. It has lasted approx 3 weeks and I use it to remove mascara/eye makeup.2. It STINGS LIKE HELL if you get it into your eyes! No warning on the bottle either!Please wash your eyes with lots of water if you happen to get this in your eyes.I won't be reordering.
