Ok, I had left a negative review earlier this month with a one star rating. I have to say, I have changed my thoughts about Nectar Bath Treats. It is one thing to make a mistake, but to go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied is what NBT has done. After a miscommunication in my order, NBT sent me more then enough goodies to make me feel like they listened to my concerns. A rep called me and asked "What can we do to make you happy." That is all star service. I highly recommend NBT and their products. NBT, pleasse get back to me on how I can take my original review off. AWESOME JOB!
