I accidentally put the original plug-in for my feliway cat diffuser in the wall upside down (scaryyyy thought, thankful nothing happened) and didn't trust it afterward. This replaced it perfectly. Thanks

I originally bought the name-brand diffuser and had been using it for over a year. The heating diffuser finally wore out. I read that they will do that after a period of time. I did not need another starter set, just the diffuser. I found this generic diffuser replacement that said it would work with many brands, mine included. I purchased this and here's what I think.First of all, my bottle of diffuser liquid did not fit in as easily as it did with the original. Not a problem, just had to put a little more pressure on the bottle, pushing it into the diffuser. OK, done.Second, this diffuser does not have a little light on it, so when you plug it in, you really don't know if it's working or not. In my case, not working.Maybe I received a faulty diffuser replacement, but I didn't notice immediately until after a few weeks, my cat was becoming a bit aggressive again, I thought maybe the bottle had been used up and time to replace. Not so. The bottle was still full (I don't check these things constantly, but knew at the first of the month, it should be changed). I tried re-screwing the bottle into the diffuser, maybe I didn't have a good enough fit, although the bottle seemed to be tight. I did not notice that the diffuser wasn't working until well after the window for return had passed.I found another solution to use my refill bottles (I had a subscription, so I had a few bottles) that seems to be working.IMO, this is not a good replacement for the original. Like I said, it's possible that I may have gotten a faulty diffuser, but I'm not going to order another one like this.... it definitely helps to have the little light on the diffuser to see if it's working when plugged in.

Needing to replace old diffusers, this product fits our Tri Oaks pheromone bottles but I didn't have to buy more of that since I currently have extra bottles. These work just fine and the light is just the right brightness- clearly visible but not overly bright.UPDATE: After 6 weeks, I realized that the bottles of TriOak were still nearly full. I'm trying these 2 diffusers again,(and setting an alarm this time) in case they'd been accidentally turned off. I hope it works because I have a 6-month supply of liquid and really don't want to buy a starter kit.

It was a replacement for my FeliWay Optimum diffuser set that started to smell like burning plastic. I actually prefer this one, as it has a light indicator to show that it is on and the build is more compact. It’s a good price for those just looking to replace their pheromone diffusers!

Melted ! Melted and is a fire hazard . But wasted $ bc now it’s trash and I have 3 refills wasted $ too . Can’t return it or get refund I’m told . So disappointed!

I bought this to use with some cat diffuser bottles I bought. This product said it worked with different brands. I bought 1 of the brands it said it worked with and plugged one in to my bedroom. It says not to plug the diffusers in behind anything like a couch, bed, and to have it plugged in somewhere it has space. The problem with items like this is when you plug it in yes you can see if it turns on or not, but once you put the bottle in you won't know if it is working or not for your animals unless you give it time. The bottles I bought you put in and change every 30 days (which is usually the time frame to return any items that doesn't work). Once plugged in I set an alarm on my phone to change the bottles 30 days from that date. The only plug I had that didn't have something in front of was in my bedroom. Everyday I'd see the light was on so figured it must be working ok, however, my 2 new cats still weren't calming down any or feeling less anxious. I started thinking maybe it was because I am not a hermit and leave my windows and patio doors open being it's summer time. I started thinking maybe the smell was just going out the window in my room and that's why I wasn't noticing anything. My alarm went off alerting me the 30 days were up so I go to change it and notice the bottle is still 85% full and where it plugged in at was all wet from the liquid inside. Of course it was now past the return window (even though I plugged it in the day I got it). In the end it wasn't the window being open, but the fact it must not have been working right as the bottle was still full. I'm now stuck with something that didn't seem to work and that I won't plug in again being it was wet when I pulled it out. There are groups I follow on fb who mention these and a lot of people swear by these diffusers while others won't use them because I guess there is a risk of fire with them. My advice is to set an alarm, make a note in your calendar, whatever you need to do to check it a week after plugging it in to see if yours is working correctly and If the liquid is actually getting lower or not.

To be clear, I still am 100% loyal to the Ceva brand cat pheromones as nothing else works like they do. BUT the Ceva brand diffusors often leak the oil, fall apart, and have a really obnoxious light that cannot be turned off. This diffusor so far has not done any of that. It has a great on/off light button, has not leaked, and has continued to diffuse without overheating. Love that I found this product.

Product works as well as more expensive devices. Good value for money, household has 4 cats.

I really don't want to go to the trouble of returning it. Purchased as replacement for a Feliway unit - this was supposed to be compatible with everything.Unfortunately - it's not. Perhaps it is just this unit.If the supplier wants to send me another, that would be great.Otherwise - buyer beware.
