XPRIT Hoverboard w/Bluetooth Speaker, UL2272 Certified (RED)

I bought two hoverboards for my grandkids for Christmas and the XPRIT Hoverboard w/Bluetooth Speaker, UL2272 was one of them. This product did not work from the start. Unable to charge, no life whatsoever. Be careful if you plan to order this product. I tried a return to amazon and to my amazement the return was rejected so I am out the money paid for this product. Amazon sent me an email saying, "As this item was sent to you in addition to the original order by mistake, we'll not issue a refund. We've received the item and your return is now complete." There was no "original order" because I paid for both hoverboards and neither one was sent to me "by mistake." Recommend not ordering this product and be mindful that amazon does not care about its customers.

There was an issue with the wheel. It stopped functioning right away. We realized, to have it sent back for repairs, we would have to pay the shipping ourselves and the shipping to have it sent back to get it repaired with no guarantee they’d even fix it. We figured we might as well see if we can just get a new part for it and repair it ourselves. These items should always come with a return label knowing technical issues can be common.

We've had it for just two days, but it is apparent that this hoverboard is poorly made. We are now planning to return it. It inexplicably shuts off after 5-10 minutes of use, spilling the child onto the pavement. It's really kind of a nightmare. At that point the hoverboard won't turn on again for a while, so you have to carry it if you are far from home. Here's to hoping the next one works better.

This was a Christmas present for my 9 year old daughter. It was infact her #1 request. Christmas morning when she opened it up, we immediately began charging it, we kept it plugged in for many hours until the green light lit up. Long story short, it was a dysfunctional product out of the box it would run for about 5 feet then launch her off as it suddenly died. We tried for several days to figure out a way to fix it but nothing will make this piece of garbage run normally. I'm so disappointed 😞

It’s keep cutting off after riding it for a little while and my child keep falling off it because it will stop out of no where. She charged it all night and when she put it back on charge it’s saying it’s died. I need to send it back with a refund.

Not only did the product not work after several hours of charging it just beeped continuously. we read the directions, let it charge and tried troubleshooting ourselves when it did not work (tried different outlets, recalibrated, tried to reset the device). It turned out and the lights worked but it just continuously read low battery and beeped. This product is once again absolute Amazon junk. This was the FOURTH Amazon product to not work on Christmas morning. Buy Instore and ignore Amazon reviews. Also seller has not contacted me back after immediately sending refund requests. Poor customer service

Roll the dice- some you get are good quality and some aren’t I bought three of these for my girls on Christmas two of them worked great and we love them but one of them had a bunch of loose screws on the inside and were jingling all around every time we would ride it

I bought 2 of these; one for each kid for Christmas 2020. We had to return both for different mechanical issues after less than a week. They are dangerous as they keep going at full blast even if no one is on it. The charging port completely came out with exposing wires after 1 charge. The charge only lasts 15-20 minutes. Just look elsewhere. These are not well made at all. Not sure why they have so many good reviews as they all have to be bogus. -T
