I use this to haul laundry back and forth from my Mom's nursing home. She's at the far end of the building, and it's kind of a trek from her room to the parking lot, expecially with a heavy laundry bag. I've tried a number of different folding laundry bags, but nothing has stood up to the weight and distance. I've only used this few times so far, but it fits the bill pretty well, especially for the price. Easily holds one full load of laundry, and probably a little more. Rolls easily, (a little noisy), and features are well thought out, like having a slit in the top to hook over the handle to keep it open when you're loading & unloading.

I am a very frequent prime customer of Amazon. Until now, I have thoroughly enjoyed shopping at Amazon, especially because I am somewhat disabled so running around shopping is hard for me to endure.This is the first ultimately negative review I have ever written. I purchased this cart on April 6, 2018. My first major problem with it was after I rolled the cart off an elevator. One of the two wheel mechanisms apparently got damaged and it caused the cart to be unusable. I spent several hours gerry-rigging a repair so that I could continue using the cart. I was very pleased to have problem solved the situation.Today I noticed that the fabric across the front of the entire cart has fallen apart and exposed the innards to be nothing more than flimsy paper. To say that I am both angry and resentful is an understatement. I am someone who is respectful of my possessions and it is very rare that I damage them. For example, I am still using a totally functional 6 light electric make-up mirror which I was given as a teenager and I am 68 years old.I have no doubt that my cart falling apart is due to poor workmanship, poor design, and flimsy materials coupled with greed and a lack of pride on the part of the manufacturer.Most of all, I am very disappointed in Amazon for choosing this cart as one of the products they offer online. I resent having to pay to purchase a new one. I feel that the responsible thing for Amazon to do would be to refund the cost of the cart so that I could easily replace it with a better made, more durable one.

The product has helped me to save time by putting my groceries in instead of making several trips to the car when I get home from shopping. The only thing I would recommend is that the wheels be just a little bigger. I have recommended it to friends. It is just the best basket I have found. very sturdy and folds to a small square. That design makes it so nice to have in the car to help wth the shopping trips. Just buy it and try it you will be so impressed with it.

Wont go up or down after ysing it 1x week.

The wheels it's not strong enough for me. I gave away.

UPDATE: After some prodding, the company agreed to send me a set of "heavy duty" wheels that I could install myself. I don't know why they have these and don't include them to start with. For that reason I've updated the star rating to two. The cart has the advantage of being very tiny when folded up, but still, it's clearly not capable of even a fraction of the rated load.UPDATE 2: After months of having the "heavy duty" wheels, the cart has held up. It mostly lives in the wife's car and gets used about once a month to take a load of stuff down to our boat, or random shopping at places without their own carts. So it works now, but I have no idea how to buy this cart with the HD wheels to start with. Honestly I'd buy another if I knew it would come with the right wheels.ORIGINAL REVIEW:The cart arrived missing one screw from the handle. Not a huge problem I thought, so I used one I had in a drawer. During the third time using it, one of the wheels locked up and then broke right off. The cart was 3/4 full and at about 1/4 of the rated weight.I contacted the company by e-mail, and a week later they told me that it has no warranty and tough luck. Apparently they will do "something" if you buy it directly from them, but not if you buy from Amazon or presumably another reseller. I love this smart cart! i originally had the smaller one. This one holds a lot of items. It is great for grocery shopping!
