Clean, simple, well made. Works well and was a pretty simple install.

Well made and easily installed into a custom firepit. Like it ALOT!

This is a solid unit and worked perfectly. It took about 30 pounds of fire pit glass to load it properly.If you buy the reflective glass [which I recommend, it's dazzling at night] be very careful placing the glass around the igniter, the reflective side is conductive and will short out the igniter probes. I had to carefully stack the glass pieces so it would spark properly. I marked it down one star due to the hissing sound of the gas. It's not a big deal, not real loud but it would be nice if it was silent.

built my own custom made firepit from an old coffee table and looks great. This was a natural gas so I never have to replace a propane bottle which is much better for my application as this was on my patio. I would recommend this product, easy to install and operate.

Made a great DIY fire pit. Works great

The whole kit seemed somewhat expensive but was quality and easy to install with everything needed for quick installation.

The steel breaded whistle free flex hose does not have enough interior diameter to allow the flow of gas to burn at 275,000Btu. The push button igniter when screwed together with the valve housing constantly sparks, so the gap between the push button and battery is to tight. I had to unscrew the push button a little bit to so that it wouldn't constantly spark.

Great flame and very well made. Highly recommend.
