Love it . it's simple not to high tech but for the price it's the best one I have ever had

I bought this tracker because it advertised 'waterproof'. As soon as I read the instructions, it clearly states do not swim with device. The app is, but not the best and not the worse I've seen. I have little confidence in the accuracy of the app or device because when I checked my sleeping time, it showed me in deep sleep while working on my computer. Also, it does not count steps immediately. I check the device while walking and it gives a static count. Other devices show steps as you take them. Lastly, in today's age of simplifying charging devices, having a unique charging cord is a big negative. It's small and if something happens to it or it gets lost, you would probably have to buy a new device.

Initially it did not work. After my review, which was negative, I was contacted by the company and they made me whole. I received a new charger at no charge and an added gift. It is now working perfectly...great product for the price! I am very satisfied--especially with their customer service.

Watch is OK but step counter is terribly inaccurate. Some days or was double, others if was half. I tested it for accuracy while on a treadmill. Also, software compatability is sketchy.

Great benefit was the Heart Rate monitor, but putting it on is such a task that my mom or others who tried couldn't do it on their own. It's tricky, so it's not that good. Other fitness trackers seem better. The app used was fine, nothing too great nor too bad.

Wanted a cheap watch for the kids. Had trouble keeping it set to the right time since I had set it up though my phone. Was annoying to remove the center piece to charge. Since it was cheap, wasn't any big loss but wouldn't purchase it for myself.

cheap but you can only use it with their app and I have questionable virus alerts with the app.
