Epicurean Kitchen Series Cutting Board, 14.5 x 11.25 Inch, Natural

I’ve been a life collector for over 15 years and this includes a vast array of unique kitchen knives. None of my knives are cheap and until I found this cutting board, I’ve been hesitant to use them. Every now and again I’d use a wooden cutting board, but cleaning them can be tricky (wood) and they’re a bit heavier. These Epicurean cutting boards were the perfect find for me. The product is light weight, extremely durable and very easy to clean. No warping, and stays where I put it on the counter. Most importantly I don’t have to worry about edge retention and deformity on my knives while using these cutting boards. I have them in multiple sizes for different occasions and recently purchased the 35” Big Game & Butcher board. Perfect for trimming and carving my smoked briskets. Every other cutting board I had has been tossed. Great experience with these.

Comodi, leggeri, facilmente lavabili anche in lavastoviglie (anche se sconsiglio di farlo: l'acqua troppo calda mi pare li rovini e non occorre, visto che non assorbono nessun odore neanche se li si usa per affettare cipolle). Indeformabili e anche belli da vedere. All'occorrenza possono essere usati come sottopentola. Consigliatissimi.

Questo tagliere è di ottima qualità, un materiale molto particolare e resistente. L'ho acquistato sulla base di un vecchio tagliere che avevo. Difficile da trovare in commercio.

Fa dos dies que tinc aquest estri per tallar, ho vaig comprar perque no es fusta, es un material especial que sembla ser resisteix igual de be pero molt mes facil de netejar, no queden marques de ganivet facilment i a la vegada la duresa no es extrema i no fara malbe els ganivets. Compleix mes o menys amb tot el que esperaba excepte que es molt lleuger i es belluga una mica al tallar, acabo posant un drap a sota per a que no passi. De moment amb els dos dies que fa que la tinc m'agrada bastant, sobretot que sigui prima perque va molt be per enmagarzemar, es facil de netejar i si que sembla de qualitat, mes endavant ja veurem, de moment be.
