I like these bolts. Well made. They won't unfortunately fit in my 80 pound crossbow pistol. I guess it's made for those cheap plastic bolts.And I don't want to chance shooting these from my full size crossbow. Not heavy enough.

I purchased these due to them being 30% cheaper than the EK archery standard 7.5" blue vaned bolts. The OEM bolts have a tendency to dig in deep at 20 yards, to the point that the vanes get stripped from the bolt after just one shot. These bolts however maintain shot after shot, they dig in just as deep as the standard blue vane bolts. Except with these the vanes stay put, slight crinkling from entering the target but with just a slight addition of heat they return to true. I love the products from EK, really outside the box thinking, unfortunately the choice of making their bolts proprietary and then having them be outdone by a third party is disappointing.The first picture is a fired bolt that was brought back to trueThe second is a bare blue vaned bolt I'm in the process of reflecting. Dont waste your time with the cheap gold bolts if you actually want to hit what you're aiming at. I was going to return my pistol crossbow, but wanted to try these first. Got great patterns at 15yds. 2 or 3 went wild so i set those aside. Overall good. Will buy more
