Bought this cookbook as a birthday gift! She loved it!

Great cookbook

It is an ok book. It is supposed to make gluten free easy, but I suppose a recipe using store bought gluten free crust and bread I could figure out without the book. I would have liked more pictures of the various dishes also. It is ok, not sure I needed it now.

The recipes in the book were very easy to follow. The recipes we have made from the book were very good. Plus, the book provides tips and tricks and facts about gluten

Perfect for those new to Gluten Free cooking and very easy and understandable to use.

A lot of useful info but a few more pics of finished recipes would be helpful. Maybe a page of thumbnail pics to keep the cost down?
