Im personal trainer and most of my clients sesions are mainly weightlifting and cardio exercises, i already use the balance dics with several of my clients, everyone likes them and the workout is exellecent with the use of the balance disc to increase inestability, before i bought all of my disc(3) i bought 1 disc to try the performance, resistance and size, i was really convinced after i self used for a while, then i i bough the other 2, for now i've owned the discs for 3 months or so, quality is great and way way better from other balance disc the collages have, the only bad thing about it is that the presure of the disc makes almost imposible inflate, plus the gadget that comes with disc to inflate doesnt make the job but still the disc itself works great

It took me a while to open the box, (I bought this to do some therapy for my dog but didn't have the instructions for a month, so I waited to open it) by the time I opened the box it was too late to return, that is on me. I inflated the item, used it once, within an hour it was flat. I thought I maybe didn't plug the plug all the way, so I tried it again the next day, same issue. Once again, I thought it might be something I am doing wrong, re-inflated, used it then by the end of the day all the air was out. I would have preferred to contact the seller privately to see if there was a way to resolve the issue, but I couldn't find the option.

So I'm a physical therapist and I figured out that I can have my patients sit on this product and rock the hips back and forth to help loosen up the pelvis. It is incredibly helpful! Especially for folks with stiffness in the hips, pelvis and lower back. Gentle rocking side to side and back and forth, even little circles. You will see the difference! You'll thank me!

The first disc I received had malformations on the traction side of the disc. The traction is molded with the plastic disc and the plastic "nubs" were incomplete and not properly formed. I sent it back.The second disc I received is well formed, but the plastic is a different type. I don't know if it's a different manufacturer or just a different composition. The second disc's materials are not as soft and feels much harder (less like silicon).Other than that, it functions well enough!

I received this this afternoon, and have been sitting on it for the last hour or so now. It's probably the first time I've been able to sit more than a minute or two with my feet on the floor (makes formal meetings REALLY hard!). It's fun to wiggle around on, so I'm still fidgety, but in a different way. Definitely sitting up straighter! My stomach, and my back especially, are getting a bit sore/tired at this point. I think I'm going to have to be careful not to overdo it until I get used to it!Also, I think I may have over-inflated it a bit. It seemed "flat" when it arrived, and like an idiot I took the pump and filled it with air right away in my excitement to try it out, without reading anything or trying it out first. Oops!-------------UPDATE:I've has this for a while now, and actually own two - one for home, and one for work. LOVE them. My husband bought one for work as well. I no longer feel tired from using it, so I built up my core muscles at least a little bit, and I sit much stiller than I used to. Can stand to sit in a chair without it anymore.

I actually am using this product for dog agility training. The product came in a damaged box. You can see that it was crushed at some point. This meant that the product actually is damaged. It's usable, but definitely has indentations that were caused from being crushed. Additionally, the head of the plug that holds the air in was damaged. Half of the surface has been broken off. It is currently still holding air, but I have concerns that as I continue to use the product and need to reinflate it, that the lack of the full surface area is going to create an opportunity for air to leak out. Is there a way to get a replacement?

The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a prop to use when doing trick training with my dog. I also bought it to have on hand for rehab for my other dog who is recovering from knee surgery as the rehab vet used something similar.The video is of our first training session with this. I like that it is teaching him to be confident on uneven surfaces.It came mostly inflated. It was quick and easy to finish inflating and has stayed inflated. I tried sitting on it and it was fine.

Positives: the plastic seems SUPER heavy duty, it’s very thick and I have no doubt it could hold up long term for pet use. It came with a booklet showing different exercises for pets and people, which I loved!I think this product has a lot of potential.... but unfortunately as it currently stands it’s not safe for people or pets imoThe disc does not properly/evenly inflate so it is not safe to stand on (the edges look like a cupcake wrapper which means when you put weight on it the air may pop out/suck in and cause you to fall). I tried many different things to make it work, but it just wasn’t possible for me.Side note, it came with what looked like 1/4 of a used straw in a ziplock to use to blow it up -gag- lol

Good tactile options on the two sides. Multiple useful exercises suggested in attached brochure. Durable. Pump included is adequate.

First disc received was defective. Material was also very stiff. Very uncomfortable and awkward to stand on. Had to wait a few weeks for the replacement to be shipped out since it was out of stock, but was worth the wait. The new disc is much better! Material is way more flexible. Does not lose any air. Purchased this to add to my ASD daughters sensory room. And she loves it! The disc is huge! Perfect to work on balancing skills and comfy to both sit and stand on. Definitely recommend it!

Arrived on time and as pictured. Seems very sturdy. I haven't tried the pump included yet, as I was happy with the level it was pre-inflated to. I use mine on my office chair to improve my posture, so far so good. My 4 year old enjoys balancing/jumping on it.
