Not sure if the contents are genuine Mg 400. I had good sleep and bowel movement even with other brands Mg citrate at 110mg, not with this though.

I have used healthy hey's magnesium glycinate for sleep ....and after using this I am going back to healthy hey ...healthy hey put me to sleep naturally and I dreamnt after taking that capsule ...but after using nutrijet ...believe me it gave me upset stomach for straight 15-20 days ...it's not citrate it's for sure magnesium oxide they are selling in the name of magnesium citrate.
