How long does it take to see a difference?

Everyone acts differently.  You should try it for a full month as a standard protocol.  You may want to start out with one capsule and work up to three per day. Some are sensitive to the B vitamins and one cap is enough.  Others need more B vitamins. Hope this is helpful.

If taken as listed on label means this is a 10 day supply for $88 - $8.80 per day per serving, isn’t this very expensive ?

It is 3 capsules per day, but I only used 1 per day and that was enough for me. My supply lasted 3 months. Start slow and work up to 3 as needed in case your system is like mine and can only handle 1.
