I hate writing bad reviews but I’m one month late on my return window. I’m now the proud owner of an $80 paperweight. This worked fine for about a month, but then things started getting screwy with it inside of my Epson 2040. Why? It’s not like I used it day and night! I barely used it at all! Very disappointing that it doesn’t last very long.

So far pretty great, brighter than other cheaper bulb, it's a great buy !

Great replacement for price

I bought this product and to really scare after installing it in the projector because it emanated a strong smell of burning, after seeing this, Actually when I turned on the equipment I was scared by the strong smell of burning and turned off the equipment. I took the equipment to a technician and he only told me that if the lamp is in warranty to return it, then I proceeded to make the return but unfortunately my wife threw the packing box and I do not know if I can make the return without the box in which the product came. I do not recommend this lamp.

I purchased this item on October 3, 2018 and it burnt out in June 2019.
