Higher Nature is a very good brand with high bio availability, which means the body can actually use the mineral effectively as it is easy to assimilate. I take them usually before bed time to help me sleep soundly. I would definitely purcahse this produce again.

My PMS was so bad I was advised to try antidepressants. I have tried everything else on the market and NOTHING has touched the sides.
