Q: Why does this have a Prop 65 warning on the label but no warning in the description?

My container has a separate Prop 65 label affixed over the main label. Prop 65 warnings are required specifically under California state law. That separate label may be added only when some part of the sale process takes place in California. Please note this is an unconfirmed opinion.

Q: Can i use it for baking?

Yes. That's what I bought it for and it works well.

Q: What is the mg of psyllium that you are ingesting with one scoop? The average capsules are 500mg each (recommended serving size of 3 @1500mg)

I have switched back to Konsil powder----their label says 6 grams/ teaspoon. Hopes this helps.

Q: Does this powder really have no taste? I have a different brand that says it has no taste, but it actually does - kind of an unpleasant earthy taste.

Taste buds vary, but in my opinion it has a faint, earthy flavor, not especially unpleasant. I mix it with an Emergen-C packet, for an orange or raspberry flavor.
