It was quick delivery and a little challenging to assemble. I had only one issue with a broken bracket. That problem was immediately resolved.

I was worried about assembling this thing. It is somewhat complex for an amateur, but the instructions were very clear, precise, and easy to follow. Screws and parts packed in clearly labeled bags, or clearly marked, easy to find, and labeled as to the ordered steps in the instructions. This made a complex task easy to accomplish. My grown son and I had it done in about 5 to 6 hours. Some parts such as the desktop are heavy, making this a two man job.The desk itself is beautiful, spacious, and sturdy. Not solid wood to be sure, but plenty sturdy enough for most purposes. The desk tops are quite heavy. The only improvement that needs to be made is a way to lock the keyboard tray in the open position. I somehow keep slowly, unintentionally pushing it closed during extended periods of keyboard use.Have to give this 5 stars though because of the very well written, easy to follow instructions.

Make sure you send them message ahead if you wanting it much sooner, they can make sure it lefts warehouse on time.One suggestion: Make sure you Look how do you want to assemble, (Page 1) vs (Page 42), means Whether you want the round front left or right, so make sure you take a look at that first.

I am 80% satisfied with my new desk. There were some damaged parts after unpacking but minor and I received duplicate parts instead of what was needed. I had to sand and re-stain the damaged parts and drill new holes on the duplicate parts to make everything work. I didn't know how long it would be to get a replacement so I made due with what I had. Overall, I do like my new desk.

I really like everything about this desk. It's sturdy and well made. The build was not as difficult as I was anticipating for a 500lbs package. However, it was much easier with two people and a drill. We did have one small plastic piece break during construction but that was user error and not the desk's fault. We were able to continue with construction no problem even with the break. From unboxing, to piece organization, and actual construction it to a little over 5 hours including a lunch break and a few construction faux pas that needed undone. All in all I would purchase from this seller again!

This desk was never delivered. The freight carrier claims they tried to deliver the item three times, yet they never called, and they never left a message (either on my phone or at our door). I would really love to give this higher marks, it seems like a great desk for the price. Sadly, I had to cancel the order rather than waste time on such a pathetic carrier.Your mileage may vary, but I didn't want to wait for re-shipment of this desk.

Love it, very sturdy, enough space... the only thing is...I wish you could take the keyboard and move to the front of desk. I have set up exactly like the picture and I hate having my back facing the door. I suppose I could predrill some holes and do my self but I do not want to damage.As for new potential buyers asking if you can do X,W, and Z to make your own, I say really read the directions, the desk allows for alternate display but every piece has a plan so you cant really 'recreate the wheel'.

Purchased 2. Instructions are great and all the parts neatly organized and packaged by steps in the instructions. Assembly is tedious but straightforward. Looks great and price is fantastic for what you get.However, assembling the second desk, we ran into a problem. The corner top surface piece where the keyboard drawer attaches must have been inserted into the machine 90 degrees rotated from where it was supposed to be as the holes in the bottom are all in the wrong places/rotated 90 degrees from where they are shown in the instructions. As a result, the part can't be installed and the assembly can't be finished.If it weren't for that, I would give this 5 stars. I am going to make a stab at drilling the needed holes and, hopefully, get them in the right spots. Maybe the vendor will send me a new part. Will update this review.
