A number of recipes are just odd space-wasters (“Pakistani omelette”, “Chicken broth”) that make very little sense for inclusion. The spelling and nomenclature are odd, and so far many of the rice recipes seem to comprise the same basic recipe, dry and unappetising to the eye and the palate. Much better alternatives available.

My wife is Pakistani and we eat awesome food but she does not know all the Pakistani cuisine. This book has helped her discover new dishes and improve old ones. My taste buds gives it 5 stars. Thanks

This book has stunning photographs of the recipes that make you want to cook this food. It has easy instructions and photos showing you how to make the recipes. Mouthwatering delicious food for all occasions. Simple dishes you would make day to day or more complex recipes fit for a feast. This book has it all.

Got this as a gift for a colleague. They loved it! And have tried a few of the recipes. The visuals / photography in the book is stunning and the recipes easy to follow.

Scritto bene con un linguaggio comprensibile, tutte le ricette sono illustrate e la qualità delle immagini è alta, come è alta qualità della carta per la stampa del libro.. Per ogni ricetta ci sono le immagini di supporto con i passaggi cruciali, lo trovato utile. Un altra cosa che ho apprezzato sono i doppi nomi dei piatti sia in lingua originale che in inglese.Libro lo consiglio assolutamente. Bellissimo acquisto

Having used her previous Pakistani cookbook for about 20 years, this is a wonderful addition. The book itself is very well presented in terms of receipts per food group eg chicken, lamb etc, with great photographs and clearly laid out methods and ingredients. Page after page of what are succulent dishes in what is surely one of the world’s most underrated (and cross labeled as Indian) country cookings (having lived in Pakistan I attest it). In particular many of her former receipes - most important - turn out really yummy dishes, rich and fulsome. Not for the light eater. At this price, a bargain...
