Parker Sonnet Rollerball Pen, Fine Point Black Ink, Matte Black & Chrome (1931523)

Pen looks beautiful, the weight in hand is really nice, and writing on paper is smooth. Really happy with the purchase and would very much recommend it.

The pen itself is very nice, a little overpriced, in my opinion but good quality. The problem lies with the refill. It is blotchy really not nice to write with, which is surprising coming form Parker. While I really liked the pen itself because of the refill I returned it. Unfortunately refills are mostly proprietary and not easy to find good substitutions. At least or me, it was not worth all the work. Parker should know how to produce excellent rollerball refills. Unfortunately that is not the case. I even ordered brand new refills and those were exactly the same. So I am sorry to say, this was not the pen I wanted to keep even if I love Parker in general.
