Yes, the belt rocks. The shape creates a comfortable, solid, evenly displaced support.Better than the belt, however, was the customer support. I was right between sizes and opted for the L belt. When it arrived it was a bit too big. I was in a pinch as I had a comp coming up in a handful of days. The folks at Unique Fitness Concepts totally took care of me and made sure I got a M belt in time for the comp.Unique Fitness Concepts is now at the top of my very short list of fitness product suppliers that I will use.

This belt is comfortable as well as very supportive. My waist is 35, so I ordered a large. It was too big for me, so I returned it for a medium which gives me plenty of room to tighten or loosen if my waist size changes. Even though it was a little expensive, it is of quality workmanship and well worth the money for serious trainers. If you are looking for a strong belt to give you many years of service, I would recommend this one.

Fit a little large. Sent back for XXL as XXXL was already on 7th of 10 holes with no break in. I plan on losing much more size in the waist and want to use the belt as long as possible. Seems very well made but didn't get to test it yet.ETA second belt came with loose threads and heavy scuffs sent it back for anotherETA. After the first few issues the belt has held up good for a ten months or so but I have found I can't go past the third set of holes rendering it useless after I loose a little more waist. Due to previous issues and this lowering my rating.

This belt is awesome. I wear size 42 pants, but I ordered the XXL to clear my man muffin top. Quality is fantastic, but the cut and fit are what makes this belt so great. I've worn some that I can't wait to get out of, this one is actually comfortable. All support, no pinching. I highly recommend spending a few more bucks on this one, it is absolutely worth it.

This belt has helped me avoid back injuries when deadlifting and squatting, very sturdy and the shape it has is very comfortable for lifting.

Front of belt way too thick, 3 leather layers plus buckle. Awkward! Back of belt has too much padding, bulges, forces spine to curve. Absolutely do not recommend.

The belt fits perfectly. It's soft on the inside, hard on the outside. I threw my back out and decided it was time for the belt. I don't regret it at all. It's not as inconvenient as i thought and my back thanks me every night.

This is a very well made lifting belt. It gives you the support you need when going deep on your squats or heavy on your over head press. I only give it 4 stars because the over lap in front digs in a bit when doing Deadlifts or really any exercise where you need to bend a little at your midsection. But for sure i will be using this one for years to come.
