Synthetic construction, surprisingly easy to sound!
I have played a "legit", ironwood/termite didge, and have made a few in a variety of materials (years ago as a teacher), but determined I "Needed" one for our church VBS this summer. Found this one with pretty good reviews at a reasonable price for a synthetic material version.Sure enough - it arrived and from more than a few feet away - it looks like a natural material didgeridoo - and has a legit natural beeswax mouthpiece. Of course, I'm a pessimist with all the cheap instruments now available - and quickly discovered - this didge is easy to sound! I was trying to over-blow (as I have had to do with other synthetic instruments). Once I eased up and quit over-blowing, I found this didge to be surprisingly resonate and easy to play. It won't match the depth of a really high-quality, hand-crafted and authentic natural didge - but it also doesn't cost 5% of what you would pay for one either.

Key of C#/Db - not Key of D - but sounds great and is fun to practice on.
I am a new didgeridoo player but have played string instruments all my life (guitar, keyboards, and violin). The construction looks good, bee wax makes a good seal (smells nice), and the sound is good - but does not play in the Key of D, The instrument plays in the Key of C#/Db. I practiced with a YouTube video only playing back octaves of C# and my recorded didgeridoo tones match the tone exactly. I have also started using my voice to create tone harmonics and various octaves of C# or even notes in the key of C# (C♯, D♯, E♯, F♯, G♯, A♯, and B♯.) I have not mastered circular breathing so I can only make the tones in single breaths. The tones sound great and the instrument is fun to play. Just be aware that its in the key of C#. It's important to know if you plan on playing multiple instruments or in a small band. Also, this unit does not come with a carrying case - I'll need to make one or buy one to make it easier to transport when I take it to the parks to play outdoors. When I get better I plan on purchasing a professional didgeridoo or some others in other Keys. Overall an affordable, and fun instrument to learn on. 2 Thumbs up.

Blown away
⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️The Didgeridoo arrived quickly and I have to say that I am impressed with it.The quality is far superior than I expected and it is a true D tone. The wax ring is good, I expected to have to replace it because other reviews mentioned issues with it, but it actually did very well and was comfortable to use. After three days it began to wear off because it is so thin, but the fact that it came with one is nice because you can play it right away without having to add one out of the box.I would suggest this for any didge collector or even beginner player because not only is it easy to play, but it looks great and is a well made instrument all together. It is an impressive piece, I placed an order for their other didge in C as well to add to our collection.I will say the shipping was a bit odd because it didn’t come in a box or anything, it was just bubble wrapped and foam wrapped then taped with a label on it, no shipping bag, no box, no other packaging. It honestly looked like it could be a prop from a Cheech and Chong movie before I unwrapped it 🤭

Great first Didge
I've wanted a didge for a while and this was priced well enough for me to pay for using only gift cards. The didge is made of what seems to be a high grade of plastic but has a great look and feel. The wax seal is well applied and overall the instrument plays really well. It's thirty eight dollars just do it.

Nice sound..THIS IS NOT WOOD.Hand crafted with synthetic and natural materials as stated.
Really like this, it has a great sound for an inexpensive Didge.. This is no sort of wood, but maybe is a wood byproduct. But as it says it is Hand crafted with synthetic and natural materials, so not sure why people think it IS wood..Great for a first starter didge, very light weight, easy to drone into.. Seems really durable since the other Bamboo ones can crack in the dry and cold weather we have here in Montana, I will be testing it to see how it holds up. So for now a 5.Update:I have been playing this now all summer. It is really the best pipe to learn circular breathing on because of the excellent back pressure. I have gotten another friend to get one that was struggling with his. When he got this one he said it really helped him circular breathe much easier. So this is the best entry level Didgeridoo. And I have a few more in my collection now. This is my practice one hands down.

Surprisingly good entry level doo
Didn't want to spend a lot of money to see if I would like the didgeridoo. This is a great value with very good tone. It was delivered in really good packing. Very easy to get a good sound right away although you will have to learn circular breathing if you want to get it right. The beeswax mouthpiece made for a great seal and I have a mustache. Very pleased. Just a tip, after looking at carry sacks I bought a 52" rifle sock with a drawstring for $10. Perfect!

Genuinely surprised
The media could not be loaded. Edit: Here's a video of how the instrument sounds and me after only playing for a few months. I figured out the circular breathing, which was easier than expected. I have bought a wooden didgeridoo since (also on amazon and its terrible) and i still use this PVC one because it sounds better. When I first bought this didgeridoo I had buyers remorse. I only found out after I ordered it that it wasn't made of wood but rather a PVC type material. I was expecting it to be like a Vuvuzela. I was genuinely surprised at how nice it actually looks in really life. It does look like it's made of wood. Very minimalistic design but it's got some big sound. I do wish the mouthpiece was a bit bigger. It's a bit tight feeling but still super easy to play.Great beginner didge. Next to figure out circular breathing
