Decent fabric and fairly easy to put over old worn ear pads. Soft and a little baggy but does it job.

These are exactly what I was looking for. They comfortably fit over both sets of over the ear headphones I use regularly. The covers do not interfere with sound quality or comfort and prevents my ears from getting sweaty.I will be buying 2nd set to keep on both sets of headphones I use.
