Rose Super Cool Colour is neither a shampoo or conditioner. It is a non-permanent color cream. The color will last through 3-4 washes. To maintain the color, Bleach London recommends toning with Shampoo and Conditioner, and refresh when it fades. The final shade can be influenced by many factors including: current color, condition, porosity, length and thickness of hair as well as any previous treatments. One bottle is suitable for short hair or coloring freshly bleached and toned roots. For shoulder length hair, you'll need two bottles. For long hair that's below your shoulders, you'll need 3 to 4 bottles. You can apply this product on shampooed, conditioned, and towel dried hair.

Will this work on natural blonde hair?

Accepted Answer

If your hair is very light blonde, then it might work. We always recommend doing a strand test before so you can check how the color will look on your hair. Try applying the Super Cool Colour to clean, dry hair and leaving it on for 30 minutes before rinsing – this can help the hair absorb the color better. Naturally blonde hair can be resistant to semi-permanent color so it may need to be bleached beforehand.

How can I make soft pastel colors last for longer?

Accepted Answer

Pastel pinks and purples wash out more quickly than some of our other colors, so using a toner that compliments the color as a base layer before applying SCC will help double up on color and it should last longer. You can also keep color topped up with pigmented shampoos and conditioners, or mix a dollop of your Super Cool Colour into your conditioner and apply once a week to help the shade stay strong. We recommend a strand test before you use it all over, so you can check that the ratio is right for the look you want.

Is this just a toner with no harsh developer or bleach?

Rosé Super Cool Colour is not a toner or a bleach product, either. It is a color cream – so no harsh developer! All Bleach London Super Cool Colours are conditioning semi-permanent colors which sit on the surface, and just under the cuticle layer of hair. This one lasts 3-4 washes.
