These have multiple uses but my favorite is the rounded ball ends which helps to make divits in dried icing for things like champagne foil or beer bubbles on sugar cookies See champagne bottle cookies picture attached for reference.

Much sturdier than some of the cheaper brands on here. Stitching tool works well and stitches are appropriately spaced. The ball tool works well when I do my sugar flowers. The knife/needle also come in handy esp when I’m decorating sugar cookies. This set is my most used in sugar crafting. The only thing I didn’t like was the knife/needle tool’s cover doesn’t stay on so when storing I have to be very careful not to put my hand near this tool bc it can hurt you from both ends.

In my free time I like to browse Amazon for anything cool that I may want or need. With that said, I am so happy that I stumbled upon this neat little tool set during my browsing session! It's super cute and tiny enough to put in your pocket or purse (I took them to a friend's house for a baking lesson!). I love that each piece is a different color; it makes it easy to find them in my drawer full of random utensils. But I think the best part is how practical and useful each tool piece is, especially for those that love to bake and create artsy crafts. I will admit I am not the best when it comes to cake decorating, but using this tool set sure makes it a lot more fun! You can use each piece for a variety of reasons, I use them to decorate my cakes and my 10 year old sister uses them for random school projects. This is definitely one of those random things you need to have lying around your house. You just never know when you might need them!

A friend of the family decorates birthday cakes, and she recently made one for my son’s birthday. I was intrigued by the artistry of the cake and asked if she would give me a few pointers. The first thing she suggested was to purchase some tools I could use for working with the fondant. Not knowing if I’d even like decorating, I didn’t want to invest too much, so I purchased this set. I think the thing I like most about the 3 tools is the way they feel in my hand when I’m using them - very good ergonomics. They are very comfortable, and the material is lightweight (but strong). They seem like they’ll hold up for a long time. Although I wasn’t very adept at using them, the tools did exactly as they were intended. I just wish they would have come in colors other than pink and purple. Overall, an excellent purchase... especially considering the price.

So I bought this set because I decided, after many viewings of various baking shows, I was interested in taking up cake decorating as a new hobby. I didn't want to buy anything too expensive because I wasn't sure how much I would actually get into it, so I bought this product and was pretty amazed. The various double-edged tools were easier to use than I expected, were very sturdy, and were really easy to clean. Best of all, I actually created a few designs that were pretty similar to ones I'd seen on the shows, and I had no idea what I was doing! I just kind of experimented with the various shapes of the tools and had fun with it. This set was everything I needed to get started with my new hobby and I don't think I'll need to buy any other tools for a while since I'm still "perfecting my craft" with these!
