The O.D. on this was just slightly too small to fit my Shark vacuum hose, which does not come with this kind of floor brush, but I was able to wrap it with a single layer of duct tape and make it work. Since the fault for that lies with the Shark manufacturer, who does not provide enough tool options, and makes their hoses a non-standard size so you can't use other manufacturer's tools interchangeably, I'll give this one the kudos it deserves. At least it could be made to work with the Shark.It's a nice, heavy duty, plastic brush that I plan to use on the stairs. Resonable price at $15. Much better than the little 6 inch turbo thing that comes with the Shark. Easily dis-assembled to remove the brush if desired.

The product (hard floor accessory with nylon brush) arrived well packaged with the bristles protected by a cardboard sleeve that was secured by rubber bands. After unwrapping the device, I found the brush was crushed so badly on one side (the bristles all flared outward) that the inner pplastic framing of the device extended from under the brush and would scrape the floor. I tried to rewrap the device in the cardboard sleeve in a way that would contour the bristles back into position. After a week, there was no change. It appears the brushes are permenently distorted and I believe it occured during manufacturing or from a lengthy storage in warehousing. Even though I would normally rank this issue 1 star, I granted 2 stars because I did not provide the courtesy of allowing Crucial Vacuum to correct the problem. I would have expected QA or the packer to have caught such an obvious defect, instead I'm inconvenienced with an unusable accessory and will pay a premium price to a local retailer for a usable product. I'm sure this is an isolated incident, as I believe the device would have worked very well had it not been damaged. I was just the unlucky one who drew the defective straw.

Other than it being nearly impossible to get attached (luckily, the screw-on ring on my Proteam vac was cracked through, so I was able to attach it by force) because it came without its own screw-on ring, it's a good product, saves the wood floors from being constantly scratched. The only drawback is that the brushes in the front are cut away somewhat in the middle as shown, so it will tend to suck up small objects that would otherwise just go around the brushes, but I realize why the cutout has to be there, to give it the ventilation that the smooth head had by gliding on molded-in little runners. So I have to watch out for legos now.

The fit isn't perfect for the ProTeam's wand, but it does fit; just make sure you tighten the connection sufficiently to hold the attachment. I understand that the attachment is meant to rotate and, thus, not meant to be a snug fit; however, on one occasion, I thought the attachment was tightened sufficiently and it simply fell out. ~sad-trombone~ Aside from some slight fitment issues, this product does exactly what it's advertised to do at a fraction of the "genuine ProTeam" price.

This is not good for cleaning hair of the floors, hair gets stuck around the edges of the brush and need to be pulled away every minute or so. So if you have some hair to vaccum out try something else.

I have a residential/commercial cleaning service. We do about 8k square feet 6 days a week. I love these heads. They clean all surfaces well, are affordable and easy to clean

Excellent head, works much better than standard hard floor cleaner from Coach for hardwood floors, and really helps pick up hair and dirt from carpeted floors.Great customer service from crucial vacuum - my first head had been damaged in shipment, they quickly sent another.

I had to take some sand paper to loosen up the fit a little but other than that it works great.
