Marjorie Sarnat's Fanciful Fashions: New York Times Bestselling Artists' Adult Coloring Books

I have over 40 adult color books on various subjects and this is one of my favorites. You don't have to worry about coloring in human skin tones for arms, legs and faces, which can be difficult to do right. Just really fun whimsical clothes and accessories. It seems by the basic lines & shapes of these outfits that the artist grew up when I did, in the 60's and the 70's. I used to draw clothes I'd like to dress my Barbie dolls in, but did not have this lady's talent. Great Book! Lots of Fun! Can't wait to see some of her other artwork!

I liked the fashions. They're not to busy and they allow you to be creative.

Oh I love this coloring book. Paper is good quality and have had no problems with gel pens leaking thru. What I love most is the variety of clothing, jewelry, and other accessories on each page. Enough detail without being too tiny. I do not get bored with this book like I do so many others that are repetitious. If you like fashion coloring this is the tops, and totally fun.

This coloring book has a lot of beautiful fashion to color. I love that this coloring book have such a wonderful varieties of different things to color.There are dresses, top, bottom, shoes, bags, earrings, necklaces, bracelets. Plus other nice things to color. This is a fun coloring book, with lots of things to color.I am enjoying my book, I am sure you will to. Great buy.

It's not my favorite book of Marjorie's. There are lots of cute outfits to color and I've worked a few of the pages....But nothing compels me to come back to it like some of her other books do. There's nothing WRONG with the book....I guess it's just not my cup of tea.

Pages clear and detailed

Well, as for the book and the pictures themselves, this is definitely five starts - cute outfits, just the right amount to detailing to make things interesting yet not make you squint to fill in teeny tiny areas. I particularly like that the pages all show clothing and accessories only - I don't find filling in faces and limbs fun.So, why only three stars? I have Marjorie's previous "Fanciful Fashions" book and love it, which is why I was excited about getting another one. To my disappointment, this is the same as the earlier book, with just a few of the pages in different order - the pictures are exactly the same..Bottom line - if you like fashion coloring books, definitely get one or the other of the "Fanciful Fashions" books...but don't waste your money on both.

Great book on fashion & accessories. Many different and unique designs and pictures are very well drawn. Paper is nice and white, thickness is average, not too thin and pages are one sided. Only negative is the pages are not perferated, but there is a border or space so pages can be cut out without damaging the picture.
